At We Are Caring, we believe in using business as a force for good. That’s why we were honoured to be invited as a speaker at the 6th edition of the “Responsible Innovation Bootcamp” at ESSEC Asia-Pacific. This inspiring event brought together over 120 students from the ESSEC Master in Strategy & Management of International Business (SMIB) and ESSEC MS Marketing Management & Digital (MMD) programs to explore how ethical considerations can be integrated into innovation.
The boot camp focused on key themes such as inclusion and social impact, shared prosperity, and environmental impact. Students learned how responsible innovation can drive meaningful change through engaging discussions and real-world case studies.
As a recruitment platform committed to ethical hiring practices, we shared our journey in revolutionizing the employment of migrant domestic workers. Our model ensures fair treatment, eliminates salary deductions, and promotes transparency, empowering workers and employers. It was inspiring to see students eager to learn how business can be leveraged to create a positive social impact.
