We Are Caring is a team of sixteen, in Singapore and abroad, working to make hiring a domestic helper fair for helpers and easy for families. We are a Certified B Corporation, and our helpers pay nothing to get a job. If that matters to you too, we would like to hear from you, whether or not a role is open today.

- Recruitment Consultant: you guide families through hiring a helper and look after helpers along the way. You work with our app and a team that speaks four languages. Apply

Working as a consultant
Consultants who place helpers must be registered as employment agency personnel with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). We support new consultants through the registration.
