• I've had a great experience with WeAreCaring hiring my helper. Quality of helpers might vary but I appreciate the ease of contacting them and arranging interviews without a middle person. Of course that adds some level of responsibility on my end but I prefer that flexibility and control.

She is familiar with the processes and workflow and as such, was able to provide timely and expertise advice in my unique context! I also spoke to other staff members from this agency and they have always risen to the occasion to help! A very good company to consider when you want to hire a helper.

The whole helper hiring process took me 4 days to complete and included: 1)choosing a few profiles on their app 2) interviews 3) reference checks 4) paperwork submission and 5) MOM approval. Amazing! During this time I have turned to them several times for help with admin related questions and they have always been very reactive and helpful. Moreover, the agency has really good ethics towards the helpers they work with. I would highly recommend hiring through them!
