About We Are Caring
We Are Caring is a Singapore employment agency licensed by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) under EA licence 15C7788. It started operating in January 2016, and from the first day, the helpers it places have paid no placement fee and had no salary deductions. Today a team of sixteen serves families in Singapore and Hong Kong.

A word from our founder
Our story, year by year

| 2016 | We Are Caring starts operating in January, charging helpers nothing from day one. Within two years, 700 helpers are placed in fee-free jobs. |
| 2018 | Accredited by the Embassy of the Philippines, we open a recruitment corridor from the Philippines where helpers take on no debt. Hiring becomes paperless, and we win the "Making the world a better place" award at the 2018 ASEAN ICT Awards, organised by Business France, the French Chamber of Commerce and La French Tech (26 June 2018). |
| 2020 | We connect Singpass MyInfo to our processes, so families share their details in a few clicks. Income Insurance names us a Top Maid Agency, the first of seven consecutive years. |
| 2021 | More than 2,000 helpers placed without salary deductions. We open a zero-fee recruitment corridor from Indonesia, with departures from Yogyakarta, and become a DBS Foundation grantee. |
| 2022 | We launch our mobile app. |
| 2023 | We become a Certified B Corporation (January). |
| 2024 | We Are Caring Hong Kong Limited starts operating. Our Indonesian corridor opens to the whole of Indonesia. We speak at IOM's global conference on recruitment in Geneva, and receive NS Mark Gold. |
