1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use wearecaring.com. The site is run by We Are Caring Pte Ltd (UEN 201507515R), an employment agency licensed by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) under EA licence 15C7788, at 61 Killiney Road, Level 2 (#02-00), Singapore 239522. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. Information on this site

• General information only. Our pages explain how hiring a domestic helper works in Singapore. They are not legal advice, and rules change. Always check current requirements with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), or ask your consultant.
• Prices on our costs page are current on the date shown. Third-party costs, such as insurance and government fees, may change.
• Your service agreement comes first. When you hire through us, your written service agreement sets the fees, replacement and refund terms. If it differs from this website, the agreement applies.

3. Our apps

The We Are Caring Hire Helper and Find Jobs apps have their own terms, which you accept in the app. Helpers listed in our apps are hired through We Are Caring; this is part of the terms of every in-app pass.

4. Forms and messages

When you send us a form, a WhatsApp message or an email, the information must be true and yours to share. If you give us someone else's details, for example a helper's in a consent to transfer, you confirm that you may share them for that purpose. Our privacy policy explains how we use them.

5. Reviews

Reviews on our site come from our Google Business Profile and Facebook page. They are quoted as their authors wrote them, and the selection is labelled as such. Reviewers can ask us to remove theirs from our site.

6. Our content, and how you may use it

• Salary data: published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence (CC BY 4.0). You may reuse it, including commercially, if you credit We Are Caring.
• Everything else (text, photos, videos, logos, design) belongs to We Are Caring or is used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but not copy our content for commercial use without our written consent.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, to send false information, to collect other people's personal data, to disrupt the site, or to impersonate anyone.

8. Links to other websites

Our pages link to other sites, such as WhatsApp, HubSpot meeting booking, Google Maps, government sites and Caring Recrutement. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it is always error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under your service agreement.

10. Privacy

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.
