What Ling Yan does
Ling Yan builds and runs the digital side of We Are Caring: our mobile apps, our internal admin systems, and the automations that save the team time. She makes sure everything we build keeps families' and helpers' personal data safe, and meets the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). She is also our Data Protection Officer.
Before We Are Caring
Ling Yan studied Visual Effects and Motion Graphics at Singapore Polytechnic, then worked there for a year as a Multimedia Developer, creating e-learning content and editing videos.
