We Are Caring started its journey as the first agency to provide jobs for free to helpers. Bootstrapped and mission-driven, we placed 700 helpers in ethical jobs within two years.

• Accredited by the Philippine Embassy, we pioneered the first debt-free recruitment corridor from the Philippines to Singapore.
• Became the first paperless agency, and Winner of the ASEAN ICT Award for “Making the World a Better Place”.

• Launched the Employers’ Orientation Programme (EOP) online course for first-time employers in partnership with the Ministry of Manpower.
• Integrated MyInfo API (SingPass) in our operations, streamlining data collection for families and enhancing data security.

• Placed over 2,000 helpers without salary deductions.
• Launched the debt-free recruitment corridor from Indonesia to Singapore.
• Gained support from the DBS Foundation to maximize our social impact.

Launched our mobile app to enhance the hiring experience, enabling more convenience and direct interactions between helpers and employers while maintaining outstanding support and service.

We became the first ethical recruiter globally to achieve IRIS certification from the International Organization for Migration (IOM), United Nations.

• Expanded to Hong Kong, bringing our ethical recruitment model to a new market.
• Achieved the B Corporation certification, cementing our commitment to meeting the highest social and environmental performance standards.
