My husband and I used We Are Caring to orgainse the transfer papers for our helper. We were DREADING the process of doing this, but David and his team made it so easy and painless and hassle free. We could not believe how simple and organised and efficient it was! David was available on WhatsApp for any questions that I had and he repsonded promptly. All we had to do was sign some forms via email. That's it. It was a breeze. Every fee is transparent, so no one is getting ripped off and most importantly, the women that they represent are not beholden to them financially. In an industry where too many women are being exploited, these guys are trailblazers and should be supported 100%. Frankly, I see no other option. Being new expats in Singapore with an Infant , we needed help . We Are Caring came highly recommended from family and we opted to go for a meet and greet session at their premises . This is by far the best agency. In many ways. I was able to experience the agency a little from my helpers perspective, when she was looking for a new family. And as an employer they are always quick to answer questions and assist. Thier maids appear slightly more expensive but they are well worth it.

So I am not a customer of We are Caring but I still rate then very HIGH on helpful, responsive and supportive. I was hiring a helper direct and had approached them to help out with contracting and they were kind enough to guide me (FOC) saying this bit can be pretty much done on my own so I don't need to hire them...Now who does that in this day and age!! Hopefully will get to hire them in the future but great team! :)
I must say this is a highly ethical and professional agency!! They’ve streamlined all the processes related to hiring MDW and making it a seamless experience both for employers and maids. Best of all the entire process is online! They’re also a ethical agency since they don’t charge any commission from maids ensuring maximum savings for them so I was quite happy to pay their fees which was quite reasonable as compared to other agencies. We've been so happy with the whole process of being able to review potential candidates and communicate with them directly. We did not expect to find someone suitable to replace our beloved helper so quickly. When you talk to the women directly, you both get a lot more information and can adjust your expectations. It definitely helps to know that We Are Caring does vet the candidates ahead of time. I read some reviewers complaining about shortlisted helpers being unresponsive to their requests—I did experience this. However, this didn’t bother me so much because the whole point of this is to empower women so that they can make decisions that they feel safe with and are comfortable with. The staff who worked at We Are Caring were also swift and patient in responding to queries and in handling the paperwork. Very happy to have learnt about the app and would recommend it highly!

We Are Caring was recommended to me by three expat mom friends. It was hard to reach them by phone but they replied to emails in time and were always very helpful. What surprised me pleasantly was when we encountered something in the gray area about the fees, WAC offered a solution that showed they truly cared about doing the right things, which is rare in today’s business world and made me trust them more. We have had a lovely experience with this agency. The whole process of hiring was efficient on both time and money. The app was extremely user friendly and allowed us to browse helper profiles on our own time. Unlike other agents, they don't push you to hire one helper over the other and so the choice remains yours. The pool of candidates was wide enough for us to shortlist a few good profiles and we managed to find our dream helper on the very first Sunday we held interviews. Sam from the WAC team was extremely courteous, empathetic and involved in the onboarding process and helped make the transition very smooth. Their lodging service was also reasonably priced and our new helper was all praise for their integrity and fair treatment of FDWs. All in all, highly recommend.
