Our mission is to provide ethical solutions to global workforce deployment for the benefits of all - the migrant workers, the employers, and the community. We envision a world where migrant workers get fair job opportunities.
During his MBA studies (exchange semester at NUS Business school, Singapore), David Bensadon discovered the essential contribution of migrant domestic workers within the Singapore society, and their unique struggles, particularly their conditions of recruitment. He therefore decided to sell his only asset (a small apartment in Paris) to set up We Are Caring.
Quickly joined by Jinky Amador (they're now married!), they implemented a debt-free recruitment model for the benefits of both workers and families, with the ultimate goal to enable ethical hiring for all migrant workers.
After providing jobs to thousands of domestic workers, We Are Caring is expanding its operations internationally in 2023 by opening an agency in Hong Kong.
