We Are Caring is a globally-leading social impact organisation focused on ensuring the ethical recruitment of Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs), supported by the DBS Foundation. Using advanced smart technology through an online platform and supported by our incredibly passionate team, we have ambitious growth plans against our vision for a world with opportunities for all.
With more than 6 years of operations in Singapore, and having supported more than 5,000 clients and MDWs during this time, we have recently expanded our business. About the role
The main purpose of this role is to ensure the seamless operational running of our recruitment process between employers and MDWs. You will gain experience in customer service and projects, as well as obtaining skills in communication, empathy, stakeholder engagement and problem solving. Working as a team, you’ll experience the fast-paced life within a start-up and have a real impact on others.
No experience is necessary, as full training and mentoring will be provided alongside sponsorship of the Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI), but we are looking for individuals who are passionate about people and service, with exceptionally strong communication skills.
